Love this place. A wonderful, spacious pizza and sandwich pub house. Nice outdoor area. People friends. Separate gluten free menu. Delicious Gluten free crust. Wonderful turkey reuben. Fresh brewed sweet tea. Gotta try it

Overall I feel safe at Mountain State Brewing, I have visited 2 locations since my celiac diagnosis. I will say the wait staff are hit or miss on being knowledgeable about gluten free diets. Yesterday was a rough one and I wasn't feeling very confidant in my waitors ability to answer my questions so I had to ask him to confirm with the kitchen staff. Usually the staff seem on it and can confirm if my order would be safe right away, I have never been sick from eating there.

They offer a gluten free pizza crust and can modify most pies to be made gluten free. They also have incredible salads.

Staff was great and knowledgeable. Stated that the treat all gf orders as an allergy but marked my daughters order in addition. Gf food prepared on a separate area and was carried out separately. My daughter ordered a flatbread and said gf crust but the server told her their cauliflower crust was really good. She was so happy he did. She said it was the best she has had.

I had a salad, GF flatbread, and cocktail. Food was great and I had no reaction. Server wasn’t super knowledgeable, I made sure that it was clear that it was an “allergy” and not preference. GF items are clearly marked and menu also shows how items can be changed to be GF.

GF items are marked on the menu and, although I didn’t try it, I was told they have cider on a tap that’s dedicated to ciders to prevent CC. Tried the chili and a salad, which were good. I didn’t ask about what precautions they take for the GF pizzas so I can’t speak to how safe those are.
