The staff seemed knowledgeable - I asked a few questions about how they prepare GF food and they were able to answer everything. They use a GF soy sauce when requested and they don’t offer any gluten noodles, so you don’t have to worry about cross contamination in the water. Based on their menu, it looks like you could get a GF version of almost anything thats not fried.
The Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, and Green Curry were good. Their Mango Sticky Rice and Thai Tea were great.

Not only is this the best Thai food around, but everything is labeled and can be made gluten free.
