Over 80% of the menu is or can be made GF. The fryer is 100% GF using only Bob’s Red Mill GF Flour that is seasoned in house. Almost all pastas can be substituted for the gluten free lentil penne they offer, which is delicious. GF pastas are always boiled in separate water from all other pastas. Gluten Free bread is available for an extra charge and is prepared and kept separate from the gluten bread that is traditionally served to tables. They have 2 GF Beers from Holidaily and 1 GF Cider. There is almost always at least 2 GF dessert options.
