Would give it zero stars if I could (but that’s probably because I got glutened so I’m crabby right now! Went there 3 days ago, I ALWAYS tell the wait staff in celiac before I even order & usually people write it down but he didn’t. I ordered the jambalaya (that has “gluten free” next to it on the menu) he told me “well it’s premade” which should’ve been my first sign to just order a salad but I said “that’s fine just please make sure the staff changes gloves & usually waiters/waitresses note it in the system” well he still didn’t write it down. And here we are 3 days later & my stomach is in a blender! I’m from Louisiana so unfortunately I was just super excited to have some comfort food but woof. Just order the salad.
