It depends who of the staff you ask your questions about GF options to. One said they don't have any, the other said they offer GF pasta. There is obviously the Fiorentina T-bone steak on the menu, but I didn't inquire further on how the kitchen handles cross contamination. I settled on the pasta al ragù, which tasted great. If you're celiac or unsure, do inquire further about how the kitchen handles GF food/ cross contamination. The place is a heaven on earth if you want to browse vinyl with a drink in hand and just chill out with a view of the Duomo. Amazing.
