Had a lovely breakfast on the patio. Server understood what Celiac Disease was and asked questions about how sensitive I was to cross-contamination to determine if I needed a new batch of potatoes prepared just for me. She ended up recommending making a new batch to ensure no pot with cross-contact and apologized that it may take a few minutes longer but it was worth it. Had eggs over easy with thick cut bacon, chimichurri potatoes and GF toast. They bring in bread from a local dedicated GF bakery and have separate toaster. Everything was delicious!
