Review of Mozaic

So, this has all the right things going for it. Simple menu, gf items clearly marked. Service, very bad- I told the server of my celiac and asked if the kitchen could avoid cross contamination, she replied “well I’d hope they will”. Not reassuring, after ordering and reiterating my allergy. I was a delivered a seemingly gluten free meal- beef kebab, rice and plain collared greens. Felt fine, till one hour after. Brain fog, fatigue, nausea, threw up multiple times. This is by far the worst I’ve been glutened in a while.
