Mozz Artisan Pizza

I do not recommend this restaurant for those who need to eat gluten free. I ordered the Mediterranean salad with no croutons, was told they were out of croutons anyway so it worked out well. Also confirmed that the dressing was gf. Unfortunately, I found bits of croutons in the bottom half of the salad. We also ordered a gf butternut squash pizza. It was sooo good but there is definitely cross contamination. I am experiencing all of my gluten-consumption gi symptoms and full body inflammation. 😫

Went to order their gf cauliflower crust and they said that the cross contamination risk is so high that they wouldn’t recommend a celiac or gluten allergy individual eat pizza there. I was grateful for the honesty. Great salad and house made ranch dressing.
