They have a lot of gluten free options on their menu, but their staff is not very knowledgeable about gluten allergies nor do they understand the repercussions of glutening someone.I love that they offer gluten free and cauliflower crusts for their pizza, but their toppings aren’t always gluten free and when they glutened me a few weeks ago, they blamed me for not knowing there would be gluten despite my having asked the server TWO times explicitly to confirm that my food would be gluten free.I took a bite of my food when it arrived and immediately thought that there could be gluten - asked the manager and he confirmed that there were regular breadcrumbs in my food! He then said most people order gluten free just for fun because they think it’s healthier and then proceeded to tell me I would be fine. They did offer to remake me food without gluten but it was too late for me and we decided to just finish up quickly and leave. Our server was super apologetic but I found the management’s attitude toward gluten allergies to be worrisome, showing a clear lack of understanding. Otherwise their regular food seems great (says my family!) but be careful if you have a gluten intolerance..
