No dedicated fryer. Onion rings & sweet potato fries are GF but no dedicated fryer. I asked today. They do have GF buns. I didn't eat here so can't comment on taste or reaction

This place is a hidden gem! Great to have a burger dive that is safe to eat at. They do not advertise gluten free options BUT: 1) the onion rings are GF and made in a GF fryer! 2) They have GF buns upon request. They needed the suggestion to heat the GF bun on the flat top that the burgers are cooked on (not the flat top the other buns are on!) 3) some of the toppings and add-on’s are GF, but you need to ask. Our waitress had to ask the chef lots of questions but they were all super helpful!

First off, the place doesn’t have a bathroom and is cash only. Secondly, they have two gluten free sides but they are not gluten free as they are fried in the same fried as the items that are not gluten free. I had a burger and some butternut squash but was still hungry after I left. I did not have a reaction to the food, but I will not be returning.
They offer a gluten free bun with a burger; however they do not have a dedicated fryer nor do they account for cross contamination concerns. The waiter assured me to Orings were gf, but did not know what type of batter was used nor did she tell me they do not have a dedicated fryer, even though orings are offered as a side for the gf burger!
Excellent food, but one catch...They served me a non-gluten free bun (despite assuring me it would be.) They also said the onion rings and sweet potato fries were gluten free (and the French fries were not), but after pressing further, discovered that they fry them in the same oil as everything else. As someone with celiac, I became extremely ill after eating here. I would advise anyone with celiac or an extreme sensitivity to stay far away from this place.

Always delicious! Onion Rings are pretty good too!
I trusted this place because they told me they were aware of contamination and kept the gf burgers separate, but I saw that the cook touched my bread right after having touched the normal bread without changing gloves or washing hands. I was too polity not to accept the burger and too hungry not to eat it, but regret now. Two hours after my meal my stomach had swallowed up like a balloon. This is not a place for people with celiac.

The waiter asked if I had an allergy (I have celiac). I got a burger with a gluten free bun (it had a fried egg, bacon and cheese on it). Delicious!
