I cannot say enough about the care that the staff at Mr. Chow takes to ensure that guests with celiac/gluten intolerance can enjoy a wonderful dining experience. There are many items available gluten free—vermicelli lobster, green prawns, vegetables, rice...all wonderful choices!! Corey did an exceptional job making sure that all items containing gluten served to other table guests were identified so the celiac guest didn’t accidentally eat them.
