when I moved into the apartment I live in there was a flyer for mr. Cook's on my door and I called them and spoke to the manager and ask them if they'd be willing to alter any of their rice noodle dishes for me and they are willing to but you have to talk to the manager because the rest of them don't really speak English and you're at risk there so I have them make the main fun noodles which could either be chicken fish or veggie and have them to use nothing but oil nothing but canola oil and then add whatever sauces I want from my friends that I know are safe or even eat them plain which is not particularly flavorful but it's a nice warm meal and because they clean the pan in between each time anyway if you don't need a dedicated facility or if you have a low tolerance level it is hard to find delivery so it's an option for some! I add them to my crock pot and then add gluten free soy sauce or gluten-free Duck Sauce are gluten-free Asian flavors and then it kind of resokes or sometimes as I said you can just eat it plain
