The owner (I am assuming he is) is very nice and makes sure they clean very well. They have gluten free batter, separate tools, and he watches them carefully. The food is amazing. You can have any crepe filling except the Oreos obviously. They ask out of habit if you want them but when you say you can't they know. Great place, amazing food. I have it each time I go to the mall.

The manager was super helpful, and took me through what they do for gluten free, using a fresh griddle + new cooking utensils.

Amazing place to get some crepes. Very knowledgeable about contamination and will clean utensils and cook space to make sure it’s clean. Highly recommend.
