Review of Mr. Mac’s Macaroni and Cheese

Every time I see lobster mac and cheese on a menu, I am a little sad because I know it won't be an option for me. When I saw it on the menu at Mr. Mac's I knew right away what I was going to order. Given the quick service atmosphere, I wasn't expecting to see much lobster in the dish, but when the piping hot skillet was placed in front of me I could immediately see I had guess wrong. Every bit had a hunk of lobster in it, and after eating my fill of the small version of this dish, I needed a box for the left driver. It was too much to eat in one sitting and to good to waste a bit.
