Went there for lunch last week. Considering not only do I have to stay away from gluten, but some other things including high fructose corn syrup, I had a few questions to ask, as I was unsure about what some of the sauces contain. The guy that helped us was very helpful - even going out back to see if there was anything offending for me in the pizza sauce for the Pizza Mac! (Which I ended up getting.) I was assured no HFCS was in the Pizza Sauce, along with the Scampi sauce from what I was told. They have two kinds of GF pasta, one made from rice and the other made from chickpeas (chickpeas give me a reaction so I can't have it). They even had GF breadcrumbs to put on top! When the food came out it was in a single serving baking pan, and the taste was great! I recommend coming to this chain of restaurant.
