Review of Mr. Mac's Macaroni & Cheese

I have eaten here probably around 10 times. Up until the last two I had no issues and the food was very good. The last time I went I noticed some noodles that looked different in my dish, I felt a little sick after so I threw the leftovers away. I was hoping this was a one time issue but I went today and after eating there I had a horrible reaction. I will not be going back. One issue was a mistake but twice moves this to the do not go list.
