The server who helped me out was super helpful and knowledgeable. It sounds like all of the stations are separate so eggs and HASH BROWNS (but not home potatoes) are safe for us. Toast, burritos, pancakes are cooked at other stations.

The corned beef and hash was not the best but the food was good generally. I’ll go back but probably stick to bacon.

We are staying in Las Vegas for two weeks and our AirBnB is only a couple minutes from here. Went there thinking they had gluten free options but they really don't. I did eat the corned beef hash and eggs and hashbrowns but you have to make sure to tell them gluten free and ask specifically for hashbrowns and not the potatoes and for olive oil or they use their gluten oil, I'm told. It was good but there's no dedicated grill or fryer so they said they cleaned the grill before cooking my food but I was so worried I only ate a few bites. We normally would just go somewhere else but we were doing an interview with someone and chose that place to meet. I don't recommend since there are so many other places to eat.

I had the best experience here. They were super friendly and accommodating. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my food didn't get cross contaminated. I will definitely come here to eat again.

Mr. Mama himself came to my table. He was watching in the kitchen to make sure my good was prepared safely. The chef came out and checked to see what seasonings I could have on the home fries that he pan fried for me. super accommodating and the food was delicious!
