TLDR: great food, eat here but explain what they need to do to ensure no CC.
Most of their food is GF but if you talk to them and explain to them they are happy to accommodate. I watched them cross contaminate their meat, & sides. When I made them aware of this issue he had mead cut just for my daughter, opened fresh toppings/sides for her plate to

This is an amazing middle eastern quick service restaurant that functions like Chipotle! I asked one of the employees and everything is GF except the pita. Once I asked, he immediately changed his gloves without me asking! I got a chicken and steak shawarma bowl with spicy hummus (there’s also mild and medium), yellow rice, red cabbage, tomato, sumac onions, and all 3 sauces on top. So good! I also got a side of the falafel which is fried fresh. Tasty!

Amazing food ( Mediterranean). Everything is gluten free except the pita bread. Even the delicious falafel is gf! Safe for celiacs. Were great about using new gloves and taking salads from the back so not to risk being near the pita. They made fresh falafal for the same reason. Amazing and so yummy - It is also kosher.
