Zero stars. This is the first time I've ever had a server not bother to check gluten free ingredients. Instead, she confidently and firmly told us that the rainbow roll has no crab and eel sauce has no soy sauce. Imitation crab and traditional soy sauce contain wheat. Despite all the questions we asked, I was glutened. I do not recommend this place to anyone with an allergy.
