Formerly known as Makiman. As long as you order carefully, it is Celiac friendly. That means avoid things with noodles, and fancy sushi with "crunch" or any kind of sauce that you are unsure of. But there are still plenty of items left on the menu that are GF. They even have gluten free soy sauce upon request (do NOT use the one already on the table.) Service can be a tad slow during lunch rush but the quality is always good.
