I can’t give this company 5 stars. I would buy their bread in stores or at the gluten free expo I decided to try ordering off their website. With that being said they never shipped out my order. I called them to get an update their customer service is horrible even the owner Kim does not care how the customer service should be. they didn’t care what information they gave you they would say wait a few more days. 8 days later they decided to see where my order is. This is after asking 4 times for a tracking number and they didn’t want to provide one. And no emails on shipment or order status. All they wanted to do was blame the postal service. When the tracking label was only created they never shipped it. Then trying to get a refund was a mess and took more time then needed to fight for a refund from product you have never received. But finally they did refund my money. I don’t see my self supporting this company after this.
