ANY regular bakery will have severe cross contamination due to airborne wheat flour unless they have dedicated equipment AND air space.

Be very careful if you eat here. I have a wheat allergy and ended up in the ER after buying gf rolls. High level of cross contamination.

They are a real Bread bakery They have the freshest gluten-free rolls, cinnamon rolls, Sandwich rolls and the most amazing fresh loaf of the baked bread that's gluten-free.
