I have celiac disease - I enjoy their bagels and sandwiches on GF options! I’ve never been sick from how they prep the sandwiches in their kitchen! They also have some bakery options that are GF! (A lot more pricey than other items but delicious!)

Mugs is a wonderful place for food allergy goers. I have gotten sandwiches there on gluten free bread and gluten free bagels. They also have dairy-free options like df cheese as well as almond, soy, and coconut milk for lattes. If you haven't tried coconut milk in a latte yet, you haven't lived! They are always really nice too.
