Service was good, food not so good. Ordered ham stuffed fried mozzarella and was surprised to find a single paper-thin 2x2 slice of ham between two huge slabs of cheese. Was able to eat a couple of warm bites before food became cold. Positive point, I did not get sick!

Wonderful food! About a quarter of the menu is gluten free and they have dedicated fryers too. Look for the star on the menu for the gf ones. I had the Sharp Cheddar stuffed with ham, with sliced fried potatoes. Menu is based on German food.

This was an incredibly scary experience. We ordered 4 meals total, 1 being GF. 2 meals were the pork schnitzel breakfast and one was supposed to be GF while the other was supposed to be "normal" for my dad. Server gave us both plates at the table and I asked which one was gluten free for me. She didn't know and I asked her to confirm. She went to the back and said the lighter crumbs were gluten free. However, other tables had ligher crumbs and I highly doubt everyone was gluten free. So I asked her again to double check in the back because I was concerned. She confirmed again that mine was gluten free. Well, I'd never trust this place again because the night didn't end well for me 😫

Absolutely loved going to Muller’s on our vacation to Helen! It is rare to find any gluten free fried food, so the fact they had so many options was amazing. I got the schnitzel and French fries. They assured me things were made separately and in a dedicated fryer. The wait staff even asked if my husbands order was gluten free, which I thought was so telling of their awareness. No reactions! Highly recommend putting this on your places to eat.

The GF schnitzel was incredible!!! I am also allergic to dairy and wasn't sure if a literal cheese house would be able to accommodate, but they actually had quite a lot I could order which was lovely. Everything tasted amazing and did not get sick.

Go!!! Trust me!! I was sooo excited to see so many fried options! I couldn’t decide between the fried cheese and the chicken schnitzel. It’s so nice to have fried chicken. So- I added cheese to my schnitzel! The roasted potatoes were also seasoned well and tasty. They have a dedicated fryer and separate area for prep. The chef even came out and checked on us. Very hesitantly, my husband and I took a trip to Muller's for dinner. Obviously I was very skeptical of the long list of items they claimed to have that are GF. I am so thankful to say how WRONG I was. They have a dedicated prep area as well as a dedicated fryer. A lovely young lady, that stated she was a kitchen manager, stated that she is pushing to go GF breadcrumbs for all orders to make it easier for everyone. I am VERY sensitive and have horrible reactions with the slightest exposure. Tonight I had a fried cheese kabob, weinerschnitzel, and crepes with strawberries and hazelnut. I am so stuffed but so happy. I could cry because it was all so amazing and I have not had any reaction whatsoever!! I will definitely be back and recommend this to everyone that wants a "normal" dinner date experience in Helen.

We ate here a couple of times during our stay. There are so many options here and everything we had was delicious. My son and I had the gf pork loin cordon Bleu, pancakes, and omelet and amazing coffee. The staff is so nice. We met the GM and she seemed to really care about offering gf choices. Delicious and super accommodating for both dairy and gluten free. Our server was very sweet and the kitchen manager was as well. Most of my group had fried items that were made in a dedicated gluten free fryer. My daughter loved the kids fried cheese and the fact that she could get fries! I ended up choosing the brats with sauerkraut and potato salad. It was delicious and well worth the stop.

Great GF food!! We went twice during our stay as it’s one of just a few restaurants in Helen that have a gluten free menu. Can I say fried cheese?! Yummmm!! We got an appetizer of bratwurst with kraut and mustard and then Wiener schnitzel with potato salad and the 8 oz. ham stuffed Brie with roasted potatoes. All delicious!! When we went for breakfast we had the omelet, pancakes and fried mozzarella breakfast. The Vienna coffee was absolutely delicious as well.

What a treat! It’s been years since I was able to eat something “breaded” and fried. This place has many German meal options which are coated with gluten free rice based batter and made in a separate frier where nothing but gluten free foods are made. Server explained that an owner either has celiac or has a family member who is ( I forget which), thus they are very careful. I had a pork snitzel cordon blue with kraut, red cabbage, potato salad, plus brats for appetizers with my non-gluten free husband. Meal was excellent for both of us and I pleasantly had no reactions. I am super sensitive to gluten so I can say that this place really does take care of us with celiac. Would recommend.

I came because of the great reviews, and I felt they took me seriously. They even cleaned the gluten free fryer. Unfortunately when my food came out I could tell the fries were coated. upon asking questions I was told they were given flour coated/ breaded fries accidentally and they fry them in the “gluten free”/ sides frier rendering anything gluten free cross contaminated including my schnitzel. Sad to say I left hungry but glad I saved myself a night of being extremely ill.

Staff were friendly and helpful. My schnitzel was large enough to have shared. It was nice to be able to have french fries with it. The only negative would be it could have had more seasonings on the breading.

Absolutely wonderful. The gluten free schnitzel and potato salad was phenomenal. The staff was very knowledgeable about celiac and it really put my mind at ease. I used to live in Germany and I’ve been craving some schnitzel so when we decided to stop here and found out this place has gf breading I was ECSTATIC! We got the Wiener schnitzel and fried Brie, both with gf breading and it was everything I could’ve asked for and more. Unfortunately this is not safe for celiacs. My Nima sensor found gluten both times, even after the sweet owner prepared everything with the upmost caution and appropriately-labeled gluten free bread crumbs. Unfortunately, if you are celiac, this is not a place to safely eat. However, the staff and owner are very friendly and tried their best, so if are not highly sensitive to gluten, it would be a good experience. Everyone who could safely eat, said that the food was delicious.

It's a must!! All the staff very knowledgeable! Walked me through the whole menu of what they could make GF and what they could not, which is little. They have a dedicated frier. I got the fried cheese kabob and dusted potatoes and OMG!! Incredible! No GF desserts at the time when I was there.

OMG you have to try this ! I was able to order fried cheese with their gluten free bread crumbs and it was soooo good. The waitress we had was so cautious of my celiac disease with cross contamination, she notified me that they pan fry all gluten free items!
