Staff knew which bratwursts contained gluten, and surprisingly most were gluten free. I was also given a gluten free bun with my order, which fell apart a bit but tasted good. I asked which sauces were GF - and was given a comprehensive list of each sauce with all ingredients, so I was able to safely indulge in sauces I reviewed without concern. Their cider is also GF, and the non-alcoholic version was (very) hot and had a solid taste.
