We had a great experience - the staff were very knowledgeable about celiac protocol. They have GF buns but don’t toast them to avoid cross contamination. My daughter said they were very good, soft and didn’t fall apart! The staff changed gloves and cooked the sausage (we got all beef but there are plenty of GF options on the menu) on foil so there was no cross contamination. The potato salad is gf and DF - very good! It sparks a little extra joy when we get to order a side :) We plan to return again during our stay!
