They do label the ice cream but they use the same scoops for all the ice cream, so cross contamination is high.

If the ice cream contains any gluten, the word GLUTEN is written on the label of that particular flavor. The cleaned the scooper and then scooped the ice cream from a new container to avoid cc. I had Rocky Road in a cup and it was delicious.
