I ordered fejoada, my son had one of the traditional seafood stews. We both left stuffed. So the food was good, but...
The fried food isn't gf. I was a bit surprised by the substitution fee they charged me to sub out the fried food.
You aren't served by one person. I explained my gf status and discussed the menu with one person, then another took our order and didn't seem to understand what I needed.

To be honest, I wasn’t 100% sure about the celiac safety here. One staff that I talked to was aware that their (many) fried items are not celiac friendly. I safely ate a delicious seafood dish here with no reaction, and most of the menu is naturally gf, but it feels just a bit risky with celiac/severe allergies. (Although honestly, I would go back again with how good the food was)

We love this restaurant! We always get the muqueca—we love it! The owner is super nice also.
I’ve eaten here many times and never gotten sick.
They also have a GF fryer!

I can't speak to the quality and authenticity of the food, but our party of 8 enjoyed our meal thoroughly. They serve family style for the most part and the waitress let me know what was unsafe for me to eat as people ordered. Almost everything was safe and I had fun being able to taste all the different dishes.
Yes
Delicious Brazilian seafood. And virtually everything on the menu is gluten free!!!
