Was excited by all the great reviews, especially from those with celiac. Sadly, cross contamination is a big problem. Though they keep the bagels separate, when I asked if they use separate knives, cutting boards, and to skip toasting, the staff taking our order was quick to dismiss my questions. Yup, we know, it’s separate. Usually that response means they’re not as careful as celiacs need. Also, they make the regular bagels there, meaning there’s flour all over. There’s no way to truly avoid gluten unless they kept everything down to the dish it’s served on in a separate room.
My sandwich was toasted, I asked again if it was a separate toaster and was just told, yup, we keep the gluten free bagels separate. We went at a very slow time, no orders before us or for a while after. Spending today home sick.

The gluten free bagel used to be pretty dry and crumbly plus it cost an arm and a leg. They said they recently switched suppliers of the gf bagel to make it cheaper but now it tastes better too! Only downside is that it’s an everything bagel. I still get it with the French indulgence bagel and it’s still pretty tasty!

So glad we found this hidden gem! Gluten free bagel, muffin and cookie options. My (Celiac) daughter loved the GF blueberry muffin. Will definitely return when we're back in the area.

They now keep gf cakes/treats in separate display cases and even offer gf bagels. I had the gf blueberry pound cake. Tasty. They use Monin syrups in their lattes. Staff somewhat gf knowledgeable. Changed gloves when getting my item and placed in a separate bag from my daughters non gf bagel. Staff was very friendly and patient with gf questions. Beautiful building and setting.
