Owner has Celiacs and staff said restaurant is fully celiac safe. They mentioned separate grill, separate bowls, no shared oven, separate cases for gluten free pastries. All menu items can be made gluten free. Products with gluten are outsourced from 16 bricks, gluten free pastries and bread are made in house. I was bummed they didn't have any gf pastries left when we visited but they said that's unusual and with a little heads up they can put gf cookies in the oven.
