Knocked off a star just because I was concerned with a staff members direction. My husband called in an order and said the desired rice and added “or whichever one is gluten free”. The person’s response was that everything in the restaurant was gf so no need to worry! That is not true though. We did order another time and the person said it’s definitely not all gf. So just be aware! The menu is clearly marked and there’s the option when ordering online to mark gf. We’ve eaten there a few times with no issues and it’s all been good with large portions.

This is one of our favorite places to eat out! My daughter and I both have Celiac and have eaten here many times. The food is always safe and delicious!

Good gf menu, got me gf soy sauce on request, and a very friendly waiter. Orange chicken was just unbreaded. No reaction.

They have several option on the back of their menu. I wish they had gluten free teriyaki to have their signature teriyaki chicken, but just glad to have a great place to eat out.

Great food! The staff understood Celiac Disease, cross contamination, and their service was awesome... fast and friendly. I'll be going back. I can't wait to try more on their menu.

Mustard Seed has helpful staff and good food.

Gluten Free people will feel normal at Mustard Seed. Accomodation is routine fare any non-dessert menu item can be made with gluten free garlic sauce. Gluten free sauces for Osaka, sweet hot, and another I cannot name made for a fab meal. If you don't know what is available just ask. They really want to help. Dessert was available gluten free. I felt great the next day too. Yeah for Mutard Seed. Thanks for going the extra mile!

Yummy food, they can make my favorite Chicken Osaka GF so that is good. Ate here quite a few times during our visit and never noticed any symptoms from cross contamination. They seem to be very allergy aware and careful.

Don’t clean the grill and use the same ginger sauce as regular just label it as gluten free! Used to work here a long time ago!

I love teriyaki sauce so that was pretty disappointed but they make substitutions for other foods. I really love there gluten free desserts!!!! But the only thing is that there gluten free soy sauce is soooooo salty!
