They have many gluten free options, including different kinds of breads. they have about 10 different GF desserts to choose from...they are delish! They will make your sandwich in a dedicated kitchen space using a dedicated toaster if you ask. The owner eats GF so she really understands the needs! Highly recommend! Lunch is only served till 2:30, and they are closed Sundays and Mondays.

This place was amazing! All sandwiches can be made with gf bread and they have a separate grill and utensils for making the sandwiches. Owner and one employee are both gluten intolerant so they understand how to make it safe. Definitely coming back!!

So happy I discovered this little place! I will definitely be a regular. Hard to find good gluten free options in Hutch and this was amazing! Super knowledgeable and helpful in recommendations, plus the owner is gf!

Delicious, lots of choices, and very careful to avoid cross contamination. A great find in such a small town!
