While they have good protocols in place for burgers, note that the french fries are not celiac-safe. They will at first say it's a separate fryer, but further questioning revealed that they recycle the oil at the end of the day so the oil ultimately does get mixed together and reused.

I am an extremely sensitive Celiac and have gotten gf burgers here probably 20 times and I have never once gotten sick. Very impressed with their process, and the burgers are great! So are the fries! Highly recommend.

If you have celiac, do not order fries. They are not fried separately. Turkey burgers are not GF. Burgers are very good and they have GF buns.

My girlfriend has celiac and we eat here quite frequently. Burgers are awesome and she can order it with a gluten free bun. I believe only thing fried is the french fries, so no need for separate fryer. We have never had a contamination problem.
