Menu is marked with gluten-free and gluten-free available options. The server told me that she would make a note on the ticket to the kitchen regarding celiac disease; when my food arrived, there was fried onion on top of the rice (I had already confirmed with the server that they do not have a dedicated fryer) and the tofu had been braised in soy sauce. The manager stated that a lot of their food comes prepackaged, therefore, they do not know the ingredients. I pointed out that my entire meal was not technically gluten-free. They did make me a new dish with plain tofu, but I still got sick. The manager also told me that the kitchen staff only speaks Burmese, therefore I do not understand how communication can occur regarding food safety issues. Very disappointed in a restaurant not taking responsibility for food safety!

Delicious food and knowledgeable about GF! Menu has items marked and staff are well-versed about what can be GF and diary free too. Have been here multiple times and never had any celiac symptoms.
