I asked for an allergen list and they didn’t have one. The allergen signs under the ice cream flavours are not consistent (ice cream with cookies were not marked as having gluten — and maybe they didn’t have gluten, but the staff didn’t even seem to understand what I was talking about and I wouldn’t risk having a cookie ice cream if I don’t know what the cookie is made of). I didn’t feel safe. I guess it’s a lotto to go there when a knowledgeable person is working.

I love this place, they have awesome manufactured ice creams and the staff is very friendly. Not dedicated gf, but they know about different allergies and are willing to open a new box of ice cream for you if you let them know.
