Review of My Ohana Food truck

Asian Fusion Cuisine. Not only was the food AMAZING, Chef Michael took note of my allergies and made a dish especially for me since their set menu didn’t have a gluten free option that day. A super duper yummy pork dish with all sorts of tummy friendly veggies and PERFECTLY made rice (an easy task since he has over 15 years of experience as a sushi chef!) He has gluten issues himself, so he and his awesome wife run the truck and are conscious of every single ingredient they put into their food! They’re careful with every step, from marinade to wok! I have never felt so safe or so spoiled!! 100% recommend. Only catch is, it’s a food truck, so you’ve gotta find them. They have no physical address on the Emerald Coast.
