The staff was NOT knowledgeable at all about gluten and gave me incorrect information which would have made me very sick if I wouldn't have asked for them to check with the cook. More than that, the manager is extremely rude and insulting to their staff. We visited for the first time today and the atmosphere seems nice however the customer service was horrible and I couldn't leave fast enough. The young cashier was clearly new but did her best. Her trainer was a young man/boy clearly did not want to be here nor did he want to be training. The bill came to 39$ and I paid with a hundred dollar bill. All of a sudden an older woman came out from the back and yelled at the young trainee for accepting a hundred dollar bill. I was so embarrassed for that young girl and for myself. I offered to pay with my card but the older woman walked away. Later the older woman came back with my change and I told her I felt she was so rude to the young girl. She then said "she's new and knows better". I then told her I wouldn't be coming back because of the way she just insulted her yet again as well as just treated me. She said "fine" and stormed off. Any place that treats their staff like dogs doesn't deserve a clientele.
