I'm not sure about cross-contamination but the majority of food served there is gluten and I haven't reacted to anything I ate. One thing I would urge others to look out for is the brand of oat milk they use because they assume it's gluten free but upon investigation I found out that it isn't but the staff offered me other types of milk that were gluten free and they're attentive to questions and will do their best to answer. It's a safe place to go to.
