They have a GF bun for an upcharge. Several delicious lobster roll options. Very authentic (we’re a New England family). Extremely generous portions for the price. When we said it was an allergy, they cleaned everything off for us. He brought our child’s GF roll out before the gluten rolls and assured us they had prepared it separately. So friendly. We’ll be back.
