The GF prepared meals (eggplant parm, eggplant rollatini) are NOT recommended for those with celiac/severe allergies. These meals are made in other facilities and the executive chef I spoke to was unsure about its preparation and safety. Plenty of quick GF packaged snacks (chips, popcorn, pretzels, cookies).
