N7 Nitrogen Ice Cream

They were willing to list the unsafe foods for both my gluten issues and my allergies. The majority of their menu is gluten free. The ice cream was super smooth and you could see the entire process. They used freshly cleaned mixers for each individual order (I went with a group of 4 and a group of 6 came in after me). They had plenty of options!
