The menu has several gluten free options. Have ordered takeout from them many times and my child who has celiac can eat it fine.

Unfortunately the food is not gluten-free. I ordered daal and bitter melon, and tested both with my Nima tester. Both tested positive for gluten.

Excellent food - the lamb dumm biryani is delicious. Owner is very approachable about gluten free and happy to reassure about cross contamination practices. Have eaten here about 10 times and never once gotten sick.

Excellent gluten free meal! Most dishes are gluten free and labeled on the regular menu.

The staff is very knowledgable about their ingredients. They will check in the kitchen if they are at all unsure. Food is top notch and tasty! Restaurant is also very clean. We will return!

The menu is marked gf/ vegetarian/ vegan which is very helpful. Most of the menu is gluten free. The food was excellent and I had no problem with any cross contamination. The service was fast and friendly. Will be returning soon

We went here because of all the great reviews, and really this review would have 3 5 stars, and 1 1 star. I took my Nima gluten measurer, and tested a dab of everything on my plate (white rice, Tikka Masala, Korma, and Dumm Biryani and it showed gluten detected.

After talking with the owner, I did follow up tests on the Dumm Biryani, which tested gluten free and the Tikka Masala which was also gluten free.

The owner suspected that the rice got cross contaminated, but I didn't have more capsules to test more.

Having to use multiple test capsules to eat safely drove up the price of my meal, but what I got to eat was delicious!

Wish there was a middle answer to the questions of Celiac Friendly below, like "tricky."

I love this place. When I lived in Renton I'd visit that restaurant; its their first, but now there's one off of Gilman. I do have celiac and I've never had a negative experience here. They are a friendly staff and they provide a GF menu, and the food is delicious.
