I have been here several times and ordered the rice bowl, never gotten sick. There are lots of gluten free options so you can customize your bowl in various ways. The owner is very knowledgeable about celiac needs and does a great job ensuring that I stay safe, such as telling the server to change gloves. Overall, I always feel safe. One tip is to get food before the lunch rush, because they make the naan in-house so there is the potential for airborne flour. However, this isn’t a problem if you go on the earlier side.

A few items are marked "GF" on their menu. I had the chicken tiki masala and did not have a reaction.

I’ve ordered take out gear several times, always been safe. Recommend for a quick take out Indian dinner or lunch. I’ve always been safe with the chicken tikka rice bowl in particular

When I first asked about gf options, the guy wasn't too sure about which items were safe, but another gentleman came over and told me that all of their proteins are gf. However, the naan is made very close to the rest of the food so there's the possibility of flour contaminating the other food. I had a rice bowl with chicken tikka masala and cauliflower and didn't have any issues.
Staff is very knowledgeable about gluten free options- and there are lots of options- and are happy change gloves when asked! Not a dedicated gf facility. I always get a rice bowl (you can sub for salad). I’ve had chicken tikka masala, chola, palak paneer. All are delicious!
