This was absolutely delicious! They prepare the gluten free stuff in the back and I didn't get sick. I also had the philadelphia roll (sushi) and it was also gluten free. Shrimp sauce is GF! I highly recommend this place.

They made delicious hibachi chicken in the back for me with gf soy sauce and the delicious shrimp sauce. The staff understood and accommodated my needs without any problem. I’ve been craving hibachi since my celiac diagnosis and am so grateful to have found a restaurant where I can get it!

We did not get anything from the grill, but the server advised that they could cook items separately in the back if we needed it. We mainly went for sushi, and they brought us a separate, paper sushi menu (that was marked for what was GF) to check off what we wanted. We got the Spicy Tuna and Dojo rolls, and the small sashimi tray. The server brought out the tamari (GF) soy sauce without us asking, and the gentleman who brought out the sushi was incredibly professional. Just make sure that if you go just for sushi, you advise the hostess. We were seated at the grill with three other pairs of people, when the sushi bar would probably have been better (it was our first time there).

I was very pleased with how knowledgeable the staff was about allergens. My meal was prepared in the back to avoid cross contamination. Everything was delicious, and I had no problems after.

The staff was knowledgeable. I told one person that my 6 year old is Celiac and everyone who helped after that knew. They prepared his meal in the back (it’s a restaurant where the meal is prepared at your table) after cleaning the area and used GF teriyaki sauce. They immediately knew which dressing to give him. I think they did a great job!
