When I visited, the first person serving told me if I had celiac disease or a serious gluten and dairy allergy I should not eat there because there is cross-contact. I appreciated her honesty and went somewhere else.

— Not at all

Worker asked if I wanted her to change gloves before she dished uo my order and since she was new clarified with someone else what was not safe for me. Almost everything on the menu is gluten free. The food was delicious. All 4 people in my party got something different and everyone loved their food. Farm to table in season and healthy food. Lots of vegetables.

I was a little surprised to walk in on a buffet, so I went straight to the person working the cash register. She was super helpful and understood my dietary needs. She said they could fix all my food fresh but that she couldn't guarantee no cross contamination since they make cookies in the same area as they prep all the food. She also went over the menu with me and pointed out the items that would be the safest options for me. I had grass fed steak, Sweet potatoes, and green beans on greens. Since there were good reviews, I took a chance and am glad I did. For being kind of a fast food place, the food tasted very good. I'm extremely sensitive to gluten, and no reaction! This is a great option to eat before a lightning game!
