Gluten-free menu online and staff was well informed about what was GF. Had a Greek salad without the bread and it was good. Good to have a quick option at the airport!

I got an eye roll when I asked for a glove change but she did it, which is what really matters. This salad was my best fast options at the airport (just built my own).

I had an absolute DEVIL of a time getting a menu that listed ingredients! The link off their website takes me nowhere. The best I could find was this: https://www.nutritionix.com/nalley-fresh/menu/special-diets/premium?allergens=gluten

It's out of date, items didn't entirely match what was actually available but was a lot better than nothing to go on.

Simple, safe, healthy. The food was fresh and staff was knowledgeable about the few items that contained gluten. I felt comfortable ordering and I did not get sick.

Fantastic fresh ingredients! The gentleman dishing the creating the salad was personable and totally agreeable! I would recommend this for anyone with gluten intolerances.

Staff was very knowledgeable about items that were and weren’t GF. All GF items are at the end of selection in salad options which prevents cross contamination. Each salad is made and mixed in its own stainless bowl. Great option at the airport GF for over 10 years and grateful for a safe lunch during my layover.
