Here all of the fried stuff is done in one fryer. Even though the pakora is made with chickpea flour, it is fried with other stuff that is made with wheat. If your as sensitive as I am this is not what to order. Also the chicken chili is made with soy sauce so be cautious. Other than that vegetable or chicken tikka is good to order.

Delicious. Always ask because popadoms, for example, can be cooked in a dedicated fryer. We have had different answers from different staff, but the owner knows his stuff. Some items have a chick pea batter which is safe if fried without cross contamination. We’ve had no adverse reactions after half a dozen visits.

My husband has celiac and we have never had a bad experience here. We're able to get gluten free and vegetarian options. The staff is friendly and willing to work with you and the food is great!

We went on a Wednesday evening, and there was only one other table when we arrived. The manager gave our party of six a detailed explanation of the menu items and said nearly everything was gluten-free (and told us which items were not, like the Indian bread for one). He was willing to modify the meal as requested too (I got extra sauce for mine). He recommended a yummy appetizer that was floured with chick pea flour (the menu did not mention the type of flour, so ask if there's something you'd like and are unsure of ingredients), and they have a dedicated non-gluten fryer, so no contamination. I could eat it! So not only was there a huge selection of GF items, the food I got was incredible! Rice refills provided at no extra charge too. I had no ill-effects from the meal.
