Best food we had while in CO! Portions are huge and so so yummy. Server was knowledgeable about celiac and said they don’t have a dedicated fryer (without me having to ask, which I always think is a good sign). Majority of the menu is GF, super flavorful.

Several GF options! Unfortunately, you do need to talk to the server as some of these options that have “onions” listed are actually fried in a shared fryer. Make sure to bring up to your waiter you are celiac if you are and they are very helpful at pointing at what you’ll have to avoid. Otherwise was a great experience and no symptoms as a moderately sensitive celiac.

The menu online is the bit same in the restaurant. We were hoping for some things that weren’t offered. The shrimp tikka was bland, like almost no flavor at all but the lamb josh was good.

As others have said, the food here is excellent and there are many GF items on the menu. Just be aware that they do not have a dedicated fryer so anything that is fried is not safe for Celiacs. That was our only disappointment and reason for 4 stars vs. 5. So many delicious sounding appetizers were marked GF but we couldn’t have them because they are fried in a shared fryer.

One of the best dining experiences I've had! Wonderful atmosphere and service, and there were plenty of gluten free options on both the French and the Indian menus.

Had palak paneer and chicken tikka masala. Delicious, much better than your average Indian takeout place. I’m Celiac and had no issues.

Namaste India was hands down one of the best gluten free dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The quality and care of staff and the food was phenomenal. Gluten free is clearly labeled on the main menu and I’d say almost everything is or can be made gluten free and vegan. We had the tasting menu and everything was amazing! If you call ahead for a reservation and let them know you’re celiac they will make sure everything is catered to you. Ricky, the chef, came by at the end of the meal and we had a wonderful conversation! He’s from India and was trained in France. We are lucky to have him here in the valley! Don’t let the location stop you from missing out on this hidden gem in Winter Park!
