I was told all items but some of the bread is gluten free. I was given a large cracker made with chickpea flour with two sauces. One was so good I wanted to drink it.
If the only items with gluten are some of the bread choices it is easy to avoid cross contamination.
I ordered the lamb curry. It was exquisitely flavor-full. Not over spiced and overrwhelming. Like Goldilock said, "It is just right."
The service was warm and very welcoming. This is my favorite Denver Metro Indian Nepalese restaurant.

Delicious. No separate GF menu. Avoid bread, noodles and dumplings. Everything else is GF.

Very good Indian food and they take celiac VERY seriously. I'm a quite sensitive celiac, and have never once gotten sick here. When I'm ordering with others and there may be gluten present, they will separate the gluten and gluten free foods. They even called me to tell me when I had mistakenly ordered a dish that used flour, and changed my order for me. Wonderful people, great service, and SUCH GOOD FOOD.

Decent lunch buffet. Only nonGF foods are dumplings & bread.
