I am super impressed with this place! I went to order takeout, and I’m pretty sure the owner herself is the one that came to talk to me about any questions I had about the menu. So I asked what gluten-free options I had, and she said she can accommodate almost anything in the Sushi rolls by changing a few things up. She was so helpful and so accommodating, I am very impressed! Unfortunately, the Ramen is not gluten-free, but hopefully someday we can find a gluten-free Ramen place. In the meantime, I am super grateful for how kind and accommodating they were and the sushi tastes great!
